Terms of service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses Creator Network Philippines: creators, the people who manage brand accounts, and visitors. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy notice. Operator: [legal entity name, registration and address — to be confirmed].
2. Our role
We are an intermediary. We provide the tools for brands to publish briefs and for creators to accept paid work, we hold campaign funds, check that agreed content was published, and pay creators. Each campaign is an agreement between the brand and the creator; we are not a party to the creative work, not an advertising agency and not the creator’s employer. Creators work as independent contractors.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract.
- Brand accounts must be opened by a person authorised to act for the business.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Information you give us, including the social accounts you connect, must be yours and accurate. Connecting someone else’s account is not allowed.
4. For creators
- Joining is free. There is no membership fee.
- Every offer shows the amount in Philippine pesos, the brief, the deadlines and how long the post must stay live. Accepting is your choice.
- After you accept, deliver a draft by the deadline, make reasonable changes the brand requests within the agreed rounds, publish on the agreed channel and keep the post live for the agreed period.
- You are paid after the post is live and checked. You are responsible for your own taxes; we issue the records Philippine rules require.
5. For brands
- Briefs must be lawful, truthful and specific about the product, message, format and deadlines. We review briefs before they go live.
- You choose which creators receive an offer. Creators decide whether to accept.
- You review drafts and may request reasonable changes within the agreed rounds. You may not ask a creator to hide that a post is paid.
- Content rights are organic only unless a separate written agreement says otherwise: you may share the creator’s post as published, but not run it as a paid ad or edit it without the creator’s consent.
6. Fees and payments
- Brands pay the campaign creator pool plus a platform fee of 20% of the pool. The full amount is shown in a quote before you pay.
- All amounts are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Campaigns are funded before offers are sent.
- Creators are paid only for accepted, published and checked work. Budget not paid out remains in the brand’s campaign balance.
- Payment providers and payout methods will be listed here before launch. During the local preview no real money moves.
7. Content and disclosure
Every paid post must be clearly disclosed as a paid partnership, using the platform’s branded-content tool where available and a clear label such as “#ad” or “Paid partnership” in the caption. Content must follow the rules of the platform it is posted on and Philippine advertising and consumer protection rules. Creators keep ownership of their content.
8. What is not allowed
- Fake followers, bought engagement or misleading statistics.
- Taking payments or contact off the platform to avoid fees for work found here.
- Content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that promotes products that may not be advertised to the audience.
- Harassment of creators, brands or our staff.
- Interfering with the service, scraping it, or accessing accounts that are not yours.
9. Suspension and closing
You can close your account at any time; see data deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it. Open campaigns and money owed are settled before an account is closed.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the platforms’ own decisions (for example a removed post or a changed algorithm), or for results a campaign does not reach. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law or liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a campaign goes wrong, use the dispute option in the campaign first; we review both sides and decide on payment. Courts of [venue — to be confirmed] have jurisdiction over any remaining dispute.
